1. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@kosuketech.com within 14 days of purchase. Provide details of your transaction and the reason for the refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized software or services.
- Subscription fees after the trial period.
- Cases where the refund request exceeds the time limit of 14 days.
3. Timeline for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request leads to a dispute, it will be resolved in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests will be handled as follows:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund, excluding any processing fees.
- For cancellations made after 24 hours but before any work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued at the Company's discretion, excluding administrative and setup costs.
- Once work on the service or product has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
